PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2007). Master and Specialist from Harvard University (2003). Experience in the area of Public Law, with an emphasis on Tax and International Law, acting mainly on the following topics: taxes on foreign trade, special customs regimes, international agreements, import, export, Mercosur, tax administration. Counselor of the Administrative Council for Tax Appeals. Tax Auditor of the Federal Revenue Service. Member of the drafting teams of the 2009 Brazilian Customs Regulation and the MERCOSUR / 2010 Customs Code. She was Professor and Coordinator of the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Law at the Catholic University of Brasília. Author of the Books: Taxes on Foreign Trade (Saraiva, 2012); Taxation and Fundamental Rights, co-authored (Saraiva, 2012), Special Customs Regimes (Thomson / IOB, 2002); Constitutional Tax Law, organizer (Almedina, 2015), in addition to several articles and book chapters in specialized works. Awarded the Landon H. Gammon Fellow Award from Harvard University.
