Professor Doctor
Researcher and Professor at FGV EBAPE-RJ and responsible technician for ENADE's technical reports with INEP through the Cesgranrio Foundation. He holds a doctorate in Statistics from the Department of Statistics at Princeton University (1981), a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (1977) and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1974). He has experience in the area of Population and Public Policies, with an emphasis on Social Security and Education, working mainly on the following themes: databases for public policies, educational assessments, differences by sex / race, health conditions, demography (statistical modeling) and mortality.
