PhD in Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and PhD in Law from the University of Aberdeen, UK. Master in Philosophy and Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Goiás. National Treasury Attorney, retired, having worked for 16 years in the Financial Affairs Consultancy of the Ministry of Economy.
